Shipping and Returns
(SALES PERIOD) PROCESSING TIME
Our usual order processing time takes around 1-2 business days during non-peak periods. The products will be delivered within 3-4 business days. Do take note that during the sales period, processing time may be extended due to the influx of orders that we are receiving. Processing time is not the same as transit time.
TAXES, CUSTOMS & HANDLING CHARGES
Orders may be subjected to pay for customs duties in addition to shipping costs. Custom duties will not be included in the order at the checkout page as we do DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) for international shipping.
TRACKING ORDER
Once we have processed your order(s), you will receive an email with the tracking information.
LOST/MISSING MAIL
You will receive a tracking number for your order once it has been processed, as proof that we have shipped your order. We will not be liable for any lost or missing mail.
SIZE EXCHANGE
Returns must be sent back within 14 days of the package delivery date and return costs shall be at the expense of the customer. Therefore, we highly recommend customers refer to the measurements on our size charts to ensure a comfortable fit. RETURNS
All sales are final. We currently do not accept returns/cancellations.
WRONG/DEFECTIVE ORDER
All items are QC’d before shipping out. However, if you have received a defective item or a wrong order, kindly drop us an email at help@caelusrome.com with your order ID, and attach pictures clearly showing the defective item/wrong order(s) received. Further instructions will be given within 24-48 hours.
You may return the item(s) in its original condition, unused and unworn, within 30 days of receiving it. Postage will be fully reimbursed. However, if the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be made.
